Customer Support Specialist

Piano Media with Press+ is the world’s largest provider of digital subscription services. We offer the latest online media payment platform technology plus our experts across two continents can help with digital subscription growth strategies; advanced analytics interpretation; data sharing for benchmarking and best practices from the more than 630 websites that use our software globally.

The Customer Support Specialist primarily will be responsible for ensuring that subscribers who have signed up with a Piano Media National, experience the highest and most professional level of support once they have paid for the service. The role will involve managing day-to-day requests, questions and issues from subscribers and working with other departments to meet subscriber needs.

Responsibilities

  • Deal directly with subscribers either by telephone, electronically or by instant messaging
  • Promptly handle and resolve subscribers requests, issues or complaints
  • Communication with other team members and internal departments
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Test solutions, scripts and fixes
  • Prepare monthly payment reports

Requirements

  • Polish Language is a requirement
  • Familiarity with overall landscape of the journalism and publishing industry will be beneficial
  • Ability to solve problems dynamically and creatively
  • Detail-orientated and able to manage several tasks at once
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills including a firm and patient demeanor
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
